RE:Net Debt To EBITDA TargetDid id you factor in that the GBP debt on the USD denominated consolidated balance sheet will also be materially lower simply due to the translation of that debt into USD?

If EBITDA in Q2 is 147M then we should be around 5.44x (I included all earnout payments in the debt too). This could actually be under 5x by year end.
