"To speak to Concordia's credit rating, B3 is one of the lower ratings Moody's assigns to a security. Entities that receive this rating hold inadequate cash reaserves and a probablity of default."
Looking up Moody's Rating Scale, B3 is indeed 3rd from the top, and 6th from the bottom, certainly not " one of the lowest ratings" as Lattice stated it was.
With B3 Moody estimates the company has a 95-97 % expected recovery rate, and Lattice neglected to include the following quote from Moody's announcement from July 20/16.
". No change to the company's B3 CFR rating or stable outlook.
While announcement wasn/t good news, it wasn't painting a more negative outlook, as Latice certainly intimated.
