This is going to end up just like Biovail when Biovail eventually paid out mllions to their critics in a malicious prosection case after the SEC charged them with accounting fraud. 

Thompson sure has a thin skin to say Cohodes hurt his feelings.  Why doesn't he just answer Cohodes questions on the receivables and reserves and just come clean? 

After reading this open letter, I am certain that Thompson has just handed Cohodes subpeona power on a silver platter.  

First off... I AM LONG, came in for a BO.  But Damn, I have to say that letter is good.  The video was nothing to get twisted about.  So he called the previous Biovail gig a fraud, but why does CEO sue about company that doesn't even exist anymore, why not sue about lies that chicken farmer said about Concordia. I don't care about what is said about whether Biovail's account was good or bad, I only am concerned with Concordia shares and stock price manipulation.

I looked at all the press releases for 2016,  What was the lawsuit about that Concordia settled recently with a financial advisor  to pay out  12.5 mil ?
