I am not short/ but I did read the Open Letter and it is very clear what the man who is being sued is saying. He put it down very clearly in the long letter. And I don't like the stock price but I thought the letter was very good and looked like it was written by a lawyer. Also we don't get any information from CEO just that his "reputation was damaged and his feelings hurt." I don't know him but it seems like he is a cry baby after the stock falls to 52 week low. Well I can say that feelings get hurt and misstatements made about 200 times on this bull board (by longs and shorts) and nobody runs around saying they are going to sue someone for saying stuff.. I posted that buyout is in the works last friday because that is what I believed if it doesn't turn out that way people can't come to sue me. That is just crazy if I can be sued for saying that and it turns out there is no buyout.
