I see this as an open and shut case for MT as the onus would be ob Cohodes to prove MT is a fraud in every respect, not just on some of his actions or comments. MC should know better than to make such an outlandish comments against MTs reputation. Its going to cost him a lot of chickens,imo. I think the rest of us longs and CXR should sue MC and buddy shorts for damages of collusion to damage the reputation of the company in an unlawful manner.
