As for what's coming in the form of news, my guess is as good as any, but I believe it's positive otherwise why would Thompson invest any effort in this lawsuit. My favourite is "suing for hurt feelings". It sounds really stupid, leading me to believe that there are many layers here that will be peeled in time exposing the real dynamic of the players in the background.
