Mr. Cohodes' thesis for CXR's downfall seems somewhat based on Mark Thompson's track record. He made similar remarks previously regarding AMAYA CEO who engaged in insider trading, and the stock seems to be doing fine.

The world is grey for all I know, being righteous or even being right about the market sometimes do not translate to profit. I am sure he is very aware of that given his drastic career change to a chicken farmer following his fund's demise. 

Let's wait and see what Q2 earning brings.



The selloff in CXR makes me think the street is anticipating really bad Q2 which may not necessarily be true. Further revenue growth for Covis and AMco is certainly likely and shorts can certainly be caught off guard especially at current levels. When the boat overwhelming tips to one side, it not be a bad time to jump to the other.
