I don't have the energy to list all his short attack theories, but he is yet to deliver what lattice referred to as a kill shot to Cxr and what many are assuming exists and thus selling and avoiding the stock leading to the SP decline. I don't even know why you guys talk about earnings and guidance at the SP Cxr is trading at as the sever dislocation is so obvious. It's an absolute shame how the regulators allowed the level of manipulation to Cxr longs stripping many of their shares at incredibly cheap prices and inflicting deep losses as the shorts handsomely profit. Not to worry though as everything will surface really soon, so unless this cohodes character has a kill shot that can be delivered sometime next week, the bomb that Cxr management will deliver to all the nay Sayers will show exactly his credibility. Let's wait and see.
