RE:RE:RE:Just re-bought

RE:RE:RE:Just re-boughtThanks Wallop - glad you got out too. It got a whole lot worst after we both got out that's for sure! I watched the NASDAQ pre-market to give me an idea of where the price would go. There was a little bounce which I was able to catch before it plummeted. I never sell at market so I set the price at $16 and kept my fingers crossed.

I am aslo shocked that management didin't give the heads up, instead informed us that the "stategic alternatives" were still ongoing to try and keep the share price up. They had the chance at that time but instead, withheld that information. I really thought Mark Thompson would come through for the shareholders, but instead has handed this to the shorts on a plate. I thought Lattice was over the top with her dislike of the guy, but I have to say I now feel the same way.

Can you post information or message me regarding the legal action as I do think there will be case there due to the leaked information as well as them withholding pertinent shareholder information. I have no doubt some insiders have done very well out of this.

Took a deep breath and back to it although this stock has really rocked my confidence. From being almost 80% up on my initial invesment at the end of May to 30% under is just crazy. Important lessons learnt including avoiding stocks with high short interest and not going too heavy in one stock. I always check the financials of the stocks I invest in of course. My greed got the better of me on this occasion.

Good luck to you too!

I'll join the legal action (nothing to lose). I'm questioning why management didn't halt the stock and issue a profit warning the day it dropped 18%. Instead they issue a statement stating how great things are going. All the while the CFO has resigned (god knows why) and the sh*t is ready to hit the fan on earnings day.

Keep an eye on the market over the next year. Valuations are high right now and at some point it will pull back. Best to keep a close eye on that going forward. Best of luck :)

You annouce on the board when you buy but never when you sell. Shame we didn't get that 25% upside you predicted today.
