LaticeInExile wrote: Select, That is really funny reading this post now .... especially since Management had to scrounge for $15 million and had to cut the dividend... Yeah 200M is nothing? What planet to yo live on? How much is due on Sept 30th to the previous owners of AMCo? You think they have it or will they defer half the payment.... My bet is they don't have all of it.
select1011 wrote: Here is you Adamchess on March 22, " 200M is a drop in the bucket to CXR at this point. They are increasing sales in Donnatal, etc by more than that. 2016 sales over $1B. Adding products and increasing sales further is not a bad idea if the cost is reasonable tohave the better pipeline now maybe to attract products from other companies to join at the right deal" Read more at https://www.stockhouse.com/companies/bullboard/t.cxr/concordia-international-corp#TxCOl5SbeZtiduZi.99

unfortunate headwinds at the moment. Cash flow is still strong enough to get things done. No worries. They have not done anything to harm shareholders, imo. There is no case.
select1011 wrote: This is wrong thinking. They make the company's shares uninvestable, and represent a new liability that discount the value of the company. If you have CXR in your investment portfolio, keep it in the "sticking a pin in my eye" portion.

adamchess: LMFO "unfortunate headwinds at the moment"??? This dumpster has been on fire since it signed its transformational acquisiton in Sept 2015. You should check the chart - it looks identical to Sino-Forest. Were you not just on this bulboard not so long ago saying nothing is at risk for Donnatal and this was a short and distort? Did you miss that part of the con call where management incriminated inself, saying problems were not disclosed in when the analyst from GS asked about. Don't worry about it though ...adam.. I'm sure everything OK and shoot for that price target!
