* BREAKING: Valeant Acquires Concordia *LAVAL, Quebec -- Valeant Pharmaceuticals Corp. (Nasdaq: VRX) and Concordia Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: CRXR) on Thursday announced they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Valeant will acquire Concordia for $9.65 per share in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.01 billion, inclusive of Concordia's net cash.
