Just to be clear, we do not want to sue Concordia
We want to sue the stock manipulating short sellers. It's legal to short sell but it's illegal to use various social media outlet to spread lies and misinformation to aid in reducing the stock price for financial gains.
It also appears there has been naked short selling as well. That is clearly illegal.
That's the case both in Canada and in the USA. Stock manipulation is against the law.
