WELL!!!! The only thing I can respond is "I can assure you
that my dog can fly 500mph and my unicorn has more intelligence than you do!"
Seriously, what I can assure you that owners (shareholders) will be paying the costs of these lawsuits and that not many directors own a very significant number of shares so they won't be paying a dime or much to defend against these highly questionable actions!
Sorry guys, I'm aligning myself with management. And that's AGAINST the company and shareholders. The only difference is that I talk about it because unlike them, you can't fire me!
Sadly here, even if the top are replaced, there's a point when the ship has too much weight (debt) and too many holes to be viable to sail anymore. That's why there's a private yatch heading to the Caymen Island to become untouchable and invisible. Right?
