Lattice has smelled something rotten, dug deep and was kind enough to share research on this board saving those who listened huge amounts of capital (or made them huge amounts). The company overpaid, overleveraged, wrote off well over a half BILLION in assets, guided down, didn't see the generic competition coming (blindsided by an fda process that takes years?), didn't hedge currencies, said the business was firing on all cylinders, and on and on and on. If you think the shareprice decline is Lattices fault then you may be beyond help. The handful of people who read this board can't affect the shareprice. The millions of short positions and funds dumping don't come here for DD. We're just lucky that someone like Lattice was giving us early warnings persistently when all the pumpers were sucking people into buying shares with statements like "announcement Monday" "inside information"" thank me later" "this is the bottom" and on and on and on. Please reflect with an open mind before making crazy statements. Not having an open mind and seeing the other side will only cost you money as its ok to be wrong with your original position and live to fight another day.

LettuceInExile. Saying 'in my opinion' and 'its just my hunch' does not get you off the hook for libel or defamation. And maybe you should be tought a lesson and be sued as well. You have cost a lot of people a lot of money and destroyed pensions too. I hope you can sleep at night. Everyone knows you are in cohoots with cohodes. It is just unfortunate that the company can't defend themselves against the likes of you because they can't talk while under strategic alternatives.
