This guy on BNN today called it right back in the spring when he had a sell rating. At least he has had a consistent rating on the stock and not like some of the analysts on BNN that say buy one day and they are dumping the next month.
This analyst is a forensic accountant and you can not get his reports on Concordia without a subscripton -- and that is only available to institutional clients and I am told runs upward of $50K per year.
