RE:RE:RE:Stiff fines may be coming to AMCo

RE:RE:RE:Stiff fines may be coming to AMCoJust out of curiousity, Rodentrunner, did you take my warning from August 4th seriously? I know you were pissed off at my post but I hope it gave you a little sober second thought. This investigation by the NHS should have been disclosed by Concordia back in June because it was potentially material to their business, but they didn't say anything until Friday, giving many time to get out before the sh!t hit the fan.

The story isn't over because Concordia is potentially liable for the price increases that have been implemented by AMCo which, according to the article below, amounted to 125 million British Pounds in 2015 alone. Plus Concordia will be forced to roll back prices on the increased products.

I got sucked into this company's story too, and lost 25-30% of the money I kept putting into the stock between October 2015 and May 2016 when I sold. But with the action being taken by the NHS I don't see how they're going to make it out of the financial mess they got themselves in. And to still have to make royalty payments to Cinven when Cinven sold them this mess, well that's practially going to break them even before the NHS penalties come into play. Hopefully we all learn from this.

I'm simple enough to realize that the 100-150 people that read my post aren't going to move the stock. And an optimist like myself will rarely listen to a naysayer because I can always find a way to convince myself otherwise. Take it or leave it, but a true investor needs to have the facts about their investment, and I'm speaking to some of those investors who read this forum so they have an early look into the British National Health Service investigation before it becomes public in North America. There's a crystal clear storyline in the news articles that follow.
