I believe its Deal makers shorting CXR / CXRX to get a better buyout price - its the only logical explanation.
Even Mylan was up today being grilled on Cap Hill for price hikes
Bottom Line even the Senators conceeded that there is nothing they can do - prices are what they are - the FDA can bring in more competitive drugs - but it takes time - its a freee market
