greatplay,   The legal expenses of US $13.5 milion in Q2 included a legal settlement to a law suit that they lost in, and not future litigation.  The financials clearly state that the law suit they settled in Q2 cost them $12.5 mllion along with $0.96 legal costs.   It is completely inaccurate that you concluded that the amount represents future legal expenses of the corporation, and your post is blatently misleading.

Everyone who has been on this bullboard for longer than a month knoews that the law suits against Concordia, Mark Thompson and Adrian de Saldanha didn't start piling up until after the ummm...  horrific "unexpected".... Q2 was released.  Future litigation expenses are normally detailed in Provisions and the company has made no provisions for settlements, or costs to defend the actionable claims against them for twenty-two law suits that have been served within the last four weeks.

22 law firms, same class action, only one will try the case. Don't want to mislead anyone, do you?
