CXRX Closed $4.98 - I have a feeling Im going to be

getting another email 52 week low alert.

I am out of the stock, but interested in how all of you are doing.
I lost a pile here but glad I got out when I did. 
Agree with the "management is f***** investors"  because if they could make the payment for the AMCo completion, then there is nothing stopping them from announcing that NOW.  Payment is independent of strategic alternatives so they can't hide behind a blackout.  Is it true that the jet was reposssessed?
