What school his kids go to or what he has for supper, yes that's his personal life. But if a Ceo has health or personal problems that affects him from giving 100% to his business and therefore the shareholder that is as much of concern as a Presidential candidate who has health issues running the country. If there is any truth to this, then he should have stepped down to take care of the problem.
