Regulators in Canada are truly morons. Allowing brokerages to self-regulate via IIROC! IIROC is the biggest joke of civilized markets. "Self regulated markets" - the Canadian Feds are totally out of touch. I'd hate to be law enforcement in Canada. They have my sympathy!!!!!
