We are now about 5 years less a day from when a court will hear the case on the merits if one of these two-bit law firms gets selected to represent the class of plaintiffs and IF it survives financially to get there against one of the best law firms in the world representing Concordia. I'm betting this case never makes it before a judge. Case will be dropped or settled in worst case scenario.
