No institution in their right mind is going to buy this, never mind "piling" into a company whose assets are not worth the debt. The insiders are jumping ship too, doesn't that tell you something?
And don't feel sorry for people shorting .. the equity is worthless (and the debt may be as well) and you have some more surprises ahead of you. This company has never been great on disclosures.
