This is not a US house committee appearance

This is not a US house committee appearance CMA openly says there is no grounds for a formal objection at this point. In other terms, no evidence of any wrong doing has been charged.  The CMA wants to know what the rationale for the price increases and soon will have the authority to request proprietary information from the manufacturer.  It is not the end of the world man. Lol. Many companies have been subject to price controls and have continued to flourish. Both on the ethical researched and generic side. Mylan, Teva, Apotex, Novopharm. I actually remember researched based companies trying to sue governments to their own detriment.  This communication channel with the CMA and NHS is positive and healthy and opens up the future by getting the past out of the way. I welcome it as it gives CXR a chance to present their side of the story and cleans the slate. In the meantime I can buy big and cheap. These meetings with the CMA is part of the bigger picture of reduced revenue from in line products already discussed to the level of nausea. With respect to the times , of course the times want to pad themselves on their back as a follow up to their previous investigative report. It helps to create self importance of a newspaper and sells more copies. Sensationalism.
