RE:Last year $117.75 cents

RE:Last year $117.75 centsborrowedlife, this was a corporate "merger and acquisition" pump and dump!  They bought a bunch of old pills, made the numbers look good via creative accounting and price gouging and they got caught with their hands in the cookie jar!

US shorts are THE best I have every see in all my investing life and they are shorting to zero or pennies.  But in light of all the regulatory, SEC, CMA government, political and public pressure here there is NOTHING anyone can do.  The ship is sinking.

Cinven has the AMCo assets locked up in the "earnout" deals (lastest one this summer!)
Notes were given the rest of the assets.

Bond and Shareholders and bagholders.

This is not short driven!  Get a CLUE!  This is the type of stock that will reach 70% short ratio before delist.
