RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Any Genuine InsightThere was 25 million shares traded on the last pump and dump that ran the price over $7. The $350 million was to make sure the company didn't default on the earn out to Cinven for the Amco assets imo. Cinven would have gotten the assets back debt free but the first lien notes get first crack at them in BK. The chairman sold because competition is killing them on price and stealing market share, it doesn't really matter who's president, they have maybe 2 or 3 quarters before its final curtains. Its trading like PSG.TO (check it on stockcharts.com before they went into liquidation).
