Both companies are scams and uninvestible. I agree that Vrx has assets they can sell but if they do it will be at a discount from what they were purchased at. I don't believe that Concordia has any assets that are attractive and have patent life.
No position in either, after taking large loss on Cxr a few weeks ago as I didn't believe that they would have a good q3 based on what the shorts were saying, CEO's margin selling on his stock and taking on additional debt in the form of the note offering. I am thankful now for the shorts who posted information at that time. Made most of my losses back since then in weed stocks and this week in life insurance co's.
