Since all sold at the same price 3,900 x 4.35 = 16965; nice bonus, I think it was executed by market maker as one block, stock opened at 4.37 that day, so it means it wasn't sold personally on openning market. Probably employees had an option whether to keep money, or shares to be sold by market maker.




Insiders know its Bankrupt.   And now they have this teeny weeny problem with the Bondholders lawyering up.
