Bullish, bearish or neutral? The majority of posters are shorts here, they are playing against house, majority of shares are owned by institiutions, I guess when you come to casino, you expect to win?
Some say I strong pumper, other say exact the opposite. Why? because I don't pump, I show facts and analyze them.
Let's see, shorts saying latest sell are bad, I would say, it's neutral. Why? Only a blind, a person, who doesn't analyze things, won't see it. Majority of employees sold exact number of shares, at the same time and same price. It's done by Market Maker, and it's bonus. President/COO (not CEO) sold the most, bigger bonus; while "small guys" - directors, sold only 677 shares - small bonus...
Why they sold? it's salary, I would have sold it too, of course as someone pointed out, you can keep, and I'm sure, some kept, I don't see quite a few names on the list including VP of communications. But again it's a part of your income and there's a Christmas coming - vacations, gifts, etc... Is it bearish, yes a little, bullish yes too a little (why? company continues to pay bonuses, some would say WTF, but it's actually bullish, as I remember, bonuses disappeared during 2008-10 period, but when came back, it was a sign of rally.
I would say event is neutral...
