Insiders exercising RSU's for cash

Insiders exercising RSU's for cashCorporations in house lawyer and director  Francesco. Tallerico, probably advised them to exercise all the RSU's for cash because he was one of the insiders and maybe believes that it would be difficult to give cash at a later time.  That is what I think, cash is always good because if the insiders wanted shares that can turn around and buy like anyone else with cash they got. Lets see if they buy now.  If not and they have not been buying (opposite happening)  then it is not good sign any way you look at it.  From Canadian insider site, Tallerico's  settlement:
