RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Quiet Board, So I will Make a PredictionStill, I have received no WRITTEN response from IR that the Board of Directors has authorized the December earn out payment .... or any of the coupons on the notes.    Shouldn't this be a simple "yes" response - after all they committed to it in a press release a couple of months ago.
