Question to this BB....
Mr. Beighton served as the Chief Executive Officer of Amdipharm Mercury Company Limited (also known as AMCo) since 2010 until July 22, 2016 and served as its President since February 11, 2016 until July 22, 2016.
In the investigation by the CMA in the UK, would Mr. Beighton have been a member of the Concordia team taking part in the enquiry into price gouging? Now that Mr. Beighton is not part of Concordia would that mean representing AMCo as its leader for the years in question by the CMA as CEO and President of AMCo?
