Analysts are confused on CXR - always have beenI don't care whether they say $1 or $100 - fact is they are off base and this is a pure takeover play right now not an earnings DCF. The Company completed it's VTB payments this month and I suspect it was to free up the assets for either takeover or disposition. Not that it is any easier to value in this reguard, but so many are worried about bankruptcy and this is just not in the cards at this point, too many options to explore before it gets there.
