Interesting Decision???Does the CMA not group all companies involved with a specific drug together in their investigation, or have they changed that method since Feb.16th or more recently the Pfizer case???
The CMA is also investigating the Company's International segment with respect to an agreement with a third party and certain subsidiaries of the Company relating to hydrocortisone tablets in the UK. The investigation also concerns a matter that pre-dates Concordia's ownership of the International segment.
The Company is fully cooperating with the investigation and the CMA has not reached a view as to whether or not it may proceed with its investigation to any finding of a competition law violation.
