Republicans love vouchers. if they ever try any sort of liberal policy they often just practice it by giving vouchers rather than forcing the companies to follow a specific set of business killing rules. i am a pretty liberal person, but i understand republicans, why kill an industry when its your job to run a country that facilitates them.
