The Current BoardHere is whom, officially, current shareholders are relying upon to protect their interests: Douglas Deeth, Rochelle Fuhrmann, Jordan Kupinsky, Patrick Vink, Francis Perier, and Itzhak Krinsky, along with Alan Oberman. Collectively they are being paid well over $1MM per annum for these services. Oberman is conflicted as all get out, so we cannot depend on him. Kupinsky has never represented anybody's interests but his own, and there is no evidence that he gives a damn. Vink, Perier and Krinsky are likely Oberman plants. That leaves pretty well Deeth and Fuhrmann, which ain't much.
We have to hope that the others, and mostly Oberman, will not sell their souls by putting their personal interests or loyalties above those of the people whom they are being paid to protect.
Based on past cases that I have reviewed, I believe that current shareholders should end up retaining 25% of the company, if not more. As long is the percentage is at least that, I will consider that these guys did a pretty good job, and my suspicion of their motives will be resolved. I will actually applaud them if they do significantly better.
