Same with the spyglass fiasco - delaying a vote on several occasions because the proposal wasn't going to fly with holdout Pace and Avenex holders......................
Your confidence is misplaced. A proposal would be forthcoming if they felt they had adequate support from the different holders. Silence means there is no agreement in principle.............
