CMA Investigation

CMA InvestigationIt sounds like, with today's press release, the CMA investigation is losing steam.

Also sounds like the restructuring deal is not yet completed.  rad10 will shout "I told you so".  But I do not believe it.  There may be details left to address, but the major elements of the arrangement were agreed before the filing.
