RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What happens if question...meetoo or anyone elseI cannot answer the question of why we are still waiting for meaningful news in relation to the restructuring, other than to say that it has only been a little over a month since the filing. That is not alot of time as these things go. If we are still waiting 45 days from now, I would regard that as evidence that they are engaged in some sort of struggle, possibly a fatal one. But, as of today, it is far too early to draw that conclusion.
They are using experienced counsel and advisors. Those people would have ensured that they had the major players on side before the filing, albeit not necessarily in respect to every detail. Even with that, however, these types of things involve a mass of administration, long documents going back and forth for review by multiple signatories and their respective advisors.
