My theory is that we will have two announcements shortly: #1 Friday/Tuesday on the dividend (hopefully a relief from the red slaughter of the last few days) #2 Next week: On the terms of the re-financing of the CXR debt which will include concordia existing debt, ampharm debt and new debt required for purchase.  This is the main driver for uncertainty at the moment.... and in particular its

Just a comment on the refinancing,  RBC priced the impact of the term debt and the high yield debt refinancing at current rates (ie: based on the rates that existing bonds are trading).  The impact on 2016 EPS was -$0.42.  It hurts but not enough to drop the shares in half. However, I believe its going to take some time for the share price to reflect reality.
