is it just me or is CXR consistently trading higher by 0.5% in the US vs. Canada?

Canada +4.28%, U.S. is +5.44% in the same time.

Never noticed, but today the CAD $ is up .70 to the US $ so it would make sense that they are up .5%.

No arbitrage.  It's just a matter of accounting for currency exchange rate.  You see the differential today for almost all cross-listed securities. But it would be interesting to see what happens to forex after fed policy statement be released at 2 today. -JT
