Buy and hold short/medium term is the only advice I have on CXR.  With the low estimate of 60, these low 40s are going to look real cheap! Trading today was good. We are past one of the resistance point.  Next one is at 42.62 but even that shouldn't worry investors.   I agree with bullchart, it's one of the more solid health plays but not the only one.

Nothing has changed. Hedge Fund Distortion has stopped This is still a great sector. Concordia was unfairly sideswiped. Its trading at about 1/4 of its peers. Concordia will be one of the great winners over the next several years.

These regulators are there to protect the investing public.  That's us!. And yes, anyone, especially hedge fund, brokers and others in the Securities sector need to follow the rules and if they don't there has to be enforcement!  Right now, the system is broken, the enforcement is weak,   Yes MM need to be able to manage a float but it's gone to extremes now with ...more
