VRX / Philidor supposedly accused of  - selling  in states where they are not licensed to (using another pharmacy's  license number?) - altering  doctors presriptions (at phrase  which basically says to fill thepresiptin with no genric substitutions (which a lot of govt paid for  prescription do) - phoning patients and leaving a message that they will fill the

Relax, turn off the computer (easier said than done) and wait. Nothing broken here and when the market sorts out the winners from losers, CXR WILL come out on top. Fear is a strong emotion and the tendency to sell on dips when over weight (like me) makes us mom and pops lose money. I am riding this one out and up regardless of the short term flucuations!
