Why would someone pay more than 6 per cent premium for CXRX stock after hours if it was downtrending all afternoon? A mistake in placing order maybe? Some good news about HC stocks in general? Fund computers set to buy mode for tomorrow maybe? Canadian equivalent would be over $53.

Ackman disclosed he increased his position in VRX. An additional 2.1 million shares and I think something like 12.5 million call options. VRX was up after hours as well, basically erased it's drop yesterday. If that holds and CXR dropped because of VRX, then it follows that it should recover yesterday's drop as well. Also, doesn't look like a mistake in placing an order, and it was for
