Trade volume today
As someone here mentioned earlier, 80% of the trading comes from algorithm trading platforms. Todays action just affirms that the source of this trading comes from the US. Another Canadian company not in charge of their SP destiny. I wonder if this activity is accounted for in the US/Canada trade balance data?

right now,cxr 64200 vrx 63500 noting come from US. just not body trade if US is closed because everything wipes out next working day.

do people actually work the half day tomorrow or are they taking it off to extend the weekend from today til monday? its likley we'll just see the same type of volume tomorrow morning too right?

In US, many are taking Friday off to extend the weekend.
