Concordia Healthcare Corp. > CXR will be $100US when

Post by fdfd12 on Dec 10, 2015 10:58am

CXR will be $100US when

it reports 1 or 2 quarters and shows that it is eating down their debt.
The cash flow is more important than earnings in 2016.
That will pay their debt and show the market it will pay it off.

$10 in 6 months? I agree, but to reach $100 (I assume CD), it will climb through $60, 70, 80 and 90. All very good entry/exit points for near term traders and investors alike.
Comment by fdfd12 on Dec 10, 2015 11:14am
$100 is 6 months, not $10. Sunshine, have a sunny smile on your face please, lol.
Comment by sunshine7 on Dec 10, 2015 11:23am
Sorry for typo. Yes $100 (CD or USD?). Still, will not jump up from $50 to 100CD overnight. Will climb a wall of worry to get there.
Comment by fdfd12 on Dec 10, 2015 11:30am
Will climb without getting more than $3-$5 from the 13 day average as I said a few weeks ago. By the way, where is CJ Alberta. I will put out a call for her.
Comment by healthstock1234 on Dec 10, 2015 11:37am
I read it some weeks ago.
Comment by fdfd12 on Dec 10, 2015 11:39am
That is how it will not jump to $100 overnight. The 13day will pull it down from jumping to high too quick.
Comment by bullchart on Dec 10, 2015 11:50am
Fd.. Yes 3-5 May be average but was running 10.00 nov 20-23 ..  May need to bring that average up a bit until that oct 1 resistance :)

Question for any longtime holder, does the US price always seem like a better deal? I have been paying attn to the US price lately, as it is easier for me to stay in US funds, than dealing with exchage rates. Any insight would be appreciated.
Comment by bullchart on Dec 10, 2015 12:08pm
I have been staying on the Canadian side of things since I am Canadian but have both US margin and a Canadian margin. More simple for myself when I do my taxes for capital gains and capital losses. Even though the volume is lower on the Canadian side it is usually much lower than that on the US side so I tend to stick to the Canadian side of things with only having to claim 50% of any capital ...more

I agree with bullchart.  Also, dividends received from CXR are treated more favorably than CXRX if you file your taxes in Canada.  Not that divis are a huge amount with Concordia, but is worthy of consideration with all dual-listed stocks (as opposed to cross-listed stocks such as RY and TD).   Of course, if you hold in a registered plans this doesn't apply.  And also there ...more

"And also there is no historical data to show what will happen to the U.S. dollar next week when the Feds raise the interest rate, and we will have for the first time ever the world's two biggest banks moving in opposite directions. " ChartSchool; I think you will love this one. Tony Dwyer is ONE OF THE BEST. This video is really an eye opener. https://video.cnbc.com/gallery/?video ...more

Slightfan.  Damn it.  If Dwyer is right I will be crushed as I have been loading up on the yankee banks.  You are right, I loved this one and as far as contrarians go, he is one of the best!  Cheers, Chart

The US-CAD can turn from 0.75 to 0.6. or 0.5 but US is still considered having problems. You can see FED opinion and oil price. Oil could impact Canada next year , the price is expected to be $20 but in the end of 2016 the oil price will be higher than $40.Too much risk in exchange rate. The oil situation can turn ;. OPEC members started to have divergences , Russia position is very anti ISIS ...more

Look at Nov 23, yes way up there. That is why it closed near the low of the day, that day. Cna't get too far ahead.
Comment by adamchess on Dec 10, 2015 11:22am
It is my understanding they have a set payment schedule that determines when the debt is due to be paid. This includes interest. So, they have free cash until these preset times. Someone may want to call investor relations to get the full information. I did not write it down at the time I called.
Comment by sunshine7 on Dec 10, 2015 11:26am
CEO already stated that debt will be paid from cash flow down to manageable levels by end 2016.
Comment by fdfd12 on Dec 10, 2015 11:32am
He "said" that. Once he starts proving it, then price will move towards 100.
Comment by sunshine7 on Dec 10, 2015 11:40am
I guess we will agree to disagree. Not on the end point but on how we get there. Either way, for the near term investor it results the same.
Comment by fdfd12 on Dec 10, 2015 11:44am
not clear what you agree or disagree about.
Comment by fdfd12 on Dec 10, 2015 11:29am
I only found and email for them, no phone number.
Comment by adamchess on Dec 10, 2015 12:08pm
fdfd12: yes, I don't see the phone number for them either. Maybe I just called the general number and asked for investor relations. Otherwise, just send them an email - ask for all the debt details including interest rates and repayment terms, etc. I am a bit rushed or I would do myself. GL
Comment by sunshine7 on Dec 10, 2015 12:16pm
the loans are all detailed in the sedar report. High interest bridge loans with shortest term (2 years) at 9.25% and will be paid first. That should bring the 'blended' rate down. The remaining are at lower rates and long term. Please see report for details.
Comment by fdfd12 on Dec 10, 2015 12:19pm
Debt details and Debt detail SUCCESSFUL EXECUTION are 2 different things. What is on paper plan and doing it are different things. We know what the plan is, once market sees that it is working as planned, THEN and only THEN $100.

CXR will, could, should, WHATS the DIFF, will be $100 once it has done those things. The market wants proof. Notwrong, you incorrectly wrote under Youlose. You forgot to change your login. Concernig the next 2 years, both the market sentiment (IBB) and CXR will need to perform for it to reach higher levels than $100. What do you thing NOTWRONG. I am not the same person as notwrong. You sound crazy for suggesting that everyone with a different opinion than yours is an alias or part of some crazy conspiracy. You are notwrong. You write just like him. When I said "4x the way things are going", I said it out of frustration. I repeat, where do you thinkg CXR will be by end of 2016.
