Historic moment

The unimaginable happened today. For a brief moment CXR SP exceeded  the VRX SP . Then VRX quickly rebounded back. 
As more investors realize the value in CXR and move over, this may become the norm. The important distinction will be when CXR climbs above the VRX SP, rather than VRX taking the dip.

preferrably i would like cxr to pay down debt  those who sols vrx will be very slow to buy another juniour valient as will there brockers

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think that is a major argument for an investment in this equity going forward.  I believe it has even been alluded to.  Hopefully they will give some good guidance on that measure in the conference call.  I was never in this stock until yesterday, but have followed it for a while ever since this "shorting' buisiness happened.  I have ...more

For the most part there is a preset payment schedule for the debts. I would not expect a big reduction in debt in 2016 because there is a bonus payment to Cinven due as well.

The bonus payment to Cinven is only paid if there is a performance benchmark hit. Smart play IMO. This keeps Cinven honest about forecasting during negotiations and is not considered debt per se. We expect them (and I think they have alluded to this) to pay this performance bonus and that is a good thing.
