65 USD +

65 USD plus a premium to the last financing will be the takeout offer. Shorts eat it, now you pay the piper.

That would be a brutal hit to any shorter. Shorting to Zero very rarely ever happens, and this company is doing all the right things. I might even hold my 15k shares for a while. all the best tomorrow everyone.

I dunno about price though. I would love it if that was it but I think more realistically, it'll be closer to $40USD to $50USD. Anyone care to calculate VWAP for 1, 3, and 6 months for this stock?
Comment by Roller007 on Apr 21, 2016 6:08pm
Visionary:  no way at 50 usd. 60 is the minimum. I will bet on it.

I very much doubt she gets bought for $65 us. I say $45-50 us, that would still be a 100% premium !

donville said on bnn today, he thinks cxr should have a 6 handle....us or cdn $ I don't know.

Paten:   institutional investors , who pretty much control this company, would not tender their shares at 40-45 usd ....    you are basing your projections off the 52 week low that has been hit because of Valeant and a very small float of shares trading....     $65-$80 USD is where the big boys will tender....
Comment by patenright111 on Apr 21, 2016 6:54pm
look, im not saying 65 us is not possible, I just think 50 us is more realistic, I agree stock never should have been as low as it was at 23 but the fact is it was and the reality is takeovers go based on a premium to current price even if it is an undervalued one. anyway, I will be very happy and I hope this gets bought for 65 or higher but I just don't see it .
Comment by ohwhatanight on Apr 21, 2016 6:58pm
I'd say the first bid is $55 usd ....  we'll see that tomorrow ....  I'd expect other interested parties to bid it up to between 65-80...    GLTA

Patenright:  you can't look at the Sp now as it was the market saying that that's where they thought Cxr should be trading at.  We talked about this the last couple days, where the market is saying one thing and the analysts are saying another. Now that we know that the market was dead wrong, look at the analysts and you will get to 65usd.

I sure hope all you guys are right about $65USD, but to me that is a steep price, especially for private equity.  Forget about the secondary offer price from last summer, that is irrelevant.  $65 US represents a FORWARD Ebitda multiple of 10.5 - thats the only way private equity would look at it. 10.5 x 625M USD midpoint 2016 midpoint guidance = $6.56B less 3.3B debt = 3.26B divide by ...more
