Don't Get Ahead of Yourselves
The best case scenario for many shareholders will be an acquisition happening at all. I wouldn't be worrying as much about the price per share at the moment as I would about the talks falling through and the share price tanking. Seems like CXR is still deciding between potential suitors and theres a very large likelihood that a deal will not get done.
Imagine the repercussions of any potential deal falling through and the acquirers off-loading the large amount of shares they have accumulated. That would be disastrous.
That being said, I really hope they can get something done, and that the dark days are finally behind Concordia.
