On the amount someone will pay. 50-60 cdn?

50-60 Canadian will never ever happen.  It has to be over 65 usd.  Has to be or no deal.

65 USD is  a but of a fantasy. I think that price is wishful thinking.

A big percentage of Cxr shares were issued at that price, To cinven and Goldman. Nothing have changed since then except the market sentiment towards roll up pharma.  The fundemantels are essentially the same, so why should Cxr accept any less.  I own as of today close to 50000 shares and i will vote against any lower offer. I concur. Any calculation I have done indicates fair value at US$65 without buyout premium.
